About me
I am a senior at Miss Porter’s School and throughout the past year I have been working on a cumulative Capstone project. I have always been passionate about the environment. Nature and outdoor adventures have been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. The same can be said about art. My parents instilled my love for our natural world and my artist mom gave me the space to always be creative.
The artwork on this site is a culmination of my research to understand art’s influence on environmental advocacy. These pieces demonstrate the strategies I found to be effective in creating art that sparks interest and inspiration around nature. The pieces also explore the connection between the environment and humans, which is something I’ve been exploring through my art for a while.
